Stuck inside toilet -What an unlucky day!

Wow, my analytics of readership suddenly arose yesterday, which I guess is probably due to the "Little Nyonya" entry.

Nevertheless, there's another incident for me to blog about. In fact, I am typing this in school. (Yeah, did I mention that today was my first day of school? GAH!)

And I encountered an incident which I would NEVER expected to happen. ( I did imagine the scene before, but happening in reality is... ...)

Goodness gracious, I was LOCKED inside the toilet!
No, it wasn't a prank. I went to the toilet alone (in school), and the door refused to budge when I unlocked it. I pulled, I pushed, and even attempted to use my legs. Anxious, I grabbed at the hook and pulled with all my might.

No. It still refused to budge.

I was overwhelmed with terror, but yet, I was still trying to save myself from embarrassment from not seeking help from some girls who were inside the toilet. (I thought of climbing out from the top if I could, but it was too high!)

Instead, I found my phone (Lucky me! I brought my phone along to toilet!), and smsed SHREK. I was so anxious that I called her immediately without giving her time to reply my message.
When she did not pick up the call, I called Tricia (SHREK no 2), and requested her to hand over the phone to SHREK. Fortunately, I was told that SHREK was on her way to rescue me.

I knocked on the door when I heard her coming, and she gave the door a hard push from the outside. To me relief, it opened!
(Yes, the door could only be opened from the outside, and not inside.)

SHREK tested the door, and yes, we confirmed that there was something wrong with the door.

I was soooo afraid and relieved at the same time! I really couldn't imagine being stuck in the toilet for long! It was a terrifying experience! (I hope I have not developed a "toilet phobia" after today).

I have SHREK and myself to thank for.

Thanks to myself for bringing along my mobile phone, in which sometimes I don't.
Thanks to SHREK for saving half of my life and face by coming to my rescue.

FOR FEMALES WHO ARE STUDYING IN SINGAPORE POLYTECHNIC, YOU ARE ADVISED TO NOT USE THE TOILET NEAR FOOD COURT 1! If you do, ask a friend along... ...
You know you will not want to end up like me.

GAHH! What an unlucky day for a "first day of school"!
