It is scary how my thoughts were answered. I was still thinking yesterday about this movie which I had seen on Youtube (thanks to Satoru for informing on this one). I wanted it sooo much to be on the big screens again, but I told myself that it is impossible as this movie is quite old.
AND TA-DA! It was announced that it would be shown as a tribute in cinemas! Gosh. Someone wanna go with me?!!

    Woots
Aahh. I am procrastinating on my Night Safari entry. But it will be up verrry soon! I am just busy with other stuff at the moment. Hehe.

Nonetheless, I would like to thank Jarod, C.T, Shida, Hariz, Nurul and Gera for attending and helping out in the photoshoot last Saturday!

Completely random, but somehow I think this picture is cute! :D Yes, he's none other than Jarod, our beeelovvedd photographer. LOL.

(I told ya I will put this picture up.. and I did! HEHE.)

I had stingray (finally) on that day, and it cost me an effin' 10 bucks! I am definitely not a big spender on food... but I just couldn't resist the temptation, especially we were at the "Lau Pat Sat" (not sure if I spell it correctly).

As I was on heavy makeup that day, I think it was unfortunate that people mistook me as *ahem*. Its so offensive!
While I was walking briskly to the train station alone, there was a cheekopeh who said "Wah, you dress very pretty hor!"

)#(*$)#$#$ I gave him my total ignorance.

And another malay guy said "Hi" to me in those "mocking" tone. What the... ...! I am not what they think, okay!

P/S: YES! You are loved! ~_~

    INsane
Okay, friends around me (including my own dad) think that I am insane. What's with the weird look when I said Michael Jackson is still ALIVE?
There's conspiracies going around that his death, in fact, is a hoax. Actually, I did not get to know this from the internet itself. It just suddenly hit me and I went to research if there really is anyone thinking of the same thing. And Ta-Da! I found loads and LOADS of information on it.
One of the sources I came across even stated that Michael Jackson had written in his own personal diary himself that he had planned on a death hoax, creating the biggest comeback impact ever. There was even a report saying that all these were done to make his hit song "Thriller" come to life... and that he will be releasing an album called "Back from the dead". (It sounded like rubbish, but well....)

My father told me that if all these conspiracies are true, many people will hate him for it. (There are 12 cases of his fans whom committed suicide!)

Although I am not sure how true the sources are, but somehow, I really wish that he is still alive somewhere. (Not that it really concern me, but I admit I have grown a liking for him.)

    Check out these sites:
    http://www.michaeljacksonhoaxdeath.com/
    http://www.michaeljacksonfakeddeath.com
    and THIS!
    http://www.michaeljacksonsightings.com/

Did anyone watch his memorial @ Channel 5? While they were playing the slides of Michael's life photos on the screen, a line of words popped out at the last slide, which said "I'm alive and I'm here forever." This struck a topic amongst the fans as it sounded kinda fishy.
    Read this:
    http://www.michaeljacksonhoaxdeath.com/?p=265

On top of that, lots of people have been commenting about this video that was circulating over the net, that his body was spotted "sitting up" and "moving by itself".

Nonetheless, its up to you whether you believe it or not. If he is really alive somewhere, I am sure his fans will still wish him the best as he had really suffered too much. And if his death is really true, (sobs) he will certainly not be forgotten-ever!

Honestly, I WAS not a fan of him until after his death. I feel so silly to have believed the media blindly! I used to think of him as a "pervert", "eccentric guy", "child molester", "rapist" etc. But after watching and reading all the numerous videos and news reports on him recently, it really hit me-hard! How can such a kind-hearted and innocent guy get involved in all these mess? Its really too undeserving!
He was sabotaged by the media, including the molestation case. The little kid who had filed a report against him had admitted that HE LIED, because his father had wanted him to do so.

Its sad that Michael paid the charges NOT because he was guilty, but that he just wanted to " buy peace". And this, in turn, was misinterpreted by the media to us that HE was guilty because he paid the charges.

AAH, it was sad that nobody believed him (including me) when he was still alive. Its not until the reality kicks in!

P/S: I saw his video in Jurong Point today being broadcasted in one of the CD shops, and I went berserk till Pitrra had got to drag me off. LOL. You can't blame me though. I heard one of his songs being played in my school today (loudspeaker somemore, I suppose!), and there were a few students walking in a LINE! The person in the front was holding a "signboard-looking" thingy, and they were dressed in white tees and long pants. I wonder what they were doing this for? But my heart really broke when I heard the song because it is one of my faves, and for no reason, it made me wanna tear whenever I hear it.

Okay, I think I shall stop announcing to people about the hoax death thingy... before I get sent to psychiatrist!

    Totally random... ...
After meeting one of my customers yesterday, I went to Sasa! (the cosmetic shop). Little did I expect that I was given a complimentary coupon for free eyebrow trimming and simple makeover by them while I was browsing their items in the shop.
I took several pictures of the simple eye makeup, but I don't think it showed up well in photos as the color was too light. Yes, the eyeshadow was GREEN! The makeup artist cum shop assistant told me that a lot of girls always believe that green is not a suitable color for them, which is wrong!
Personally, I really love the CYBER GREEN color introduced to me. It looks prettier in reality, but I think its a bit too light!

Gonna update about random stuff in this entry, which I had wanted to post since quite some time ago!

SWENSEN "Topless 5" Ice-Cream, which I got to enjoy with Wen! =D Believe it or not, it cost us LESS THAN $1 per person ONLY! The whole "bowl" cost around $1.20-$1.30. (I forgot.)

I felt so sheepish and embarrassed when I paid the bill. (I guess the staff attending to us must be secretly sneering at our "cheap-skateness". LOL! But HEY, it's not as if we get to eat it at such a CHEAP price every time!)
    .
    .
    .
    .
    .

And next coming up is a picture which Wen will LOVE to bits.

(I bet she wouldn't stop laughing if she ever sees this.)
Well, it a coin purse! And Wen couldn't stop saying how much it looks like me! =_= Even the shop assistant went along with her, and asked, "Hey, are both of you sisters?"
And she offered me an even lower price if I were to purchase it.
Ahh... eventually, I did. I received comments from another friend, too, that it indeed looks like me. Grrr... My face got like that one, meh?!

    .
    .
    .
    .
    .

And last week, Taiwan mei ( my classmate) gave me this super cute card holder, which can only be found in Taiwan 7-11 stores if one were to spend a certain amount! :D The picture changes if I move it to and fro. I remembered having and collecting stuff like this when I was younger. Thanks Taiwan mei! LOL.
    From this picture... ...

    Then changes to this:

    .
    .
    .
    .
    .
    My blood.
Unknowingly, I licked it back into my body system. =.= I always bleed due to cracked lips, and its no surprise that I always taste blood in my mouth.

Ok, shall end this entry here. Its totally random, right?! I will update another entry soon about my first Night Safari trip with Wen today. Thanks to Gera for the lobang! =p Its a pity that you can't make it, though! But its alright, do check out my blog for the entry soon! ;)

    Amazing look-alikes.
Oh gosh, I am so GONNA blog about this. Out of sheer boredom, I went to search for stuff related to Michael Jackson, and I somehow chanced across different lookalikes/impersonators that TOTALLY look like him! Its amazing how people who aren't even in the least related can look THAT much identical.. Its almost uncanny.

Don't believe me? Take a look for yourself: (I have specially picked out those pictures which I think look closest to the real deal.)

This is Carlo Riley, one of the famous impersonators/look-alikes. (In my own opionion, his resemblance is the most uncanny, in comparison with the other look-alikes I've came across.)

Gosh, this guy can actually dress up like Michael of different eras. Not only can he be the "white" version, but the black one, too.

Now, you must be thinking, "THIS IS DEFINITELY MICHAEL!"
You have gotta check out this impersonator's page yourself then.

http://www.myspace.com/carloriley (The background of the webpage is Carlo Riley himself!)
Oh, and this page, too. www.almostmj.com

    .
    .
    .
    .
    .
    .

And coming up is the next look-alike! (Gosh, this is really incredible!)
His name is E'Casanova. (And he is famous, too!)

Unfortunately, one has to log in in order to view more of his other photos. If you have a myspace account, do check out his amazing fanpage:

    http://www.myspace.com/ecasanovafansite

    .
    .
    .
    .
    .
    .

Of course, that's not the end! There are more coming up.

Presenting you... ... Navi. (What an unique name!)

In my own opinion, I think he does look like the real thing... but not as much as the previous ones I have shown. From the sources I had read, Navi had surgery done to look like Michael. So... does that count? Hehe.
If you would like to know more about this guy, here's his official Youtube channel.

    http://www.youtube.com/user/OfficialNavi

    .
    .
    .
    .
    .
    .

Joby Rogers (It was said that he was personally approved by Michael Jackson himself, even in signed statement!)

    His related sites: http://www.angelfire.com/ct/jobyr/

    .
    .
    .
    .
    .
    .

Edward Moss. (This guy does not look like Michael naturally. He needs quite a lot of makeup to look like him. And when he does, he really looks eerily uncanny!)

Oh, and have you watched Scary Movie 3? He was the one starring as Michael Jackson in it! (I think many has mistook him for Michael and have difficulty deciding whether its really the real thing or an actor.)

Here's a short clip from the movie:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0PdIVGmjOdY

    .
    .
    .
    .
    .
    .

Mikki Jay. (And yes, believe it or not... ... "HE" is a FEMALE!)
She sounds and dances JUST like him!

    She's on "fakefaces" website: http://www.fakefaces.co.uk/lookalikes.html?lookalike_id=243
When I first saw her videos in Youtube, I was speechless. However, the minus point is that she had spent quite a sum of money for a plastic surgery to look like Michael, too.
If I'm not wrong, this should be her own Youtube page:
    http://www.youtube.com/user/MikkiJay

    .
    .
    .
    .
    .
    .
And last but not least, a not-so-alike but able to pass off as a female version of Michael:
I am unsure of her real name, but she is known as "JenNjuice4MJ" in her myspace profile. Her imitation photos are great.

Look at this picture she posted of herself and another female:

And she was actually imitating the same pose from the real picture!

(#()#*$#)*$*(#$ I know, I know... Freaking insane, right? And when I said "insane", I meant the resemblance! I believe there are MANY MORE Michael Jackson lookalikes out there, but those I have posted up are some of the truly legendary amazing ones. I just hope I won't post up the wrong photos, mistaking the real one as the fake's! *chuckles* (I mean, I have difficulty telling them apart! And I am not exaggerating. Hoho.)
Now... it would be creepy if they stand together alongside.

So... who do you think bears the most resemblance to Michael Jackson?!

    Boxing fun
Had a game of boxing, baseball, bowling, dancing... and tennis- all within a day! =p~

    Ah well...
    On the Wii machine.

Hehe. And gosh, both my hands hurt! But I had great fun!
Now that *someone* wants to look at how I brag, I shall do it now! XD.

I won in boxing, baseball and bowling.. WOOHOO! =p Couldn't get used to the tennis one, but I am sure I will be able to fight back someday, yeah? Now I wish I have this kind of device at home! (Wii is indeed one of the best ways to de-stress!)

Thanks for the great fun and the "tour" around your house. You certainly live in a place of luxury! Heh.

Anyway, on a side note... I PASSED MY JAVA TEST! OMG. Its like... AM I DREAMING?! (Okay, I know its only the first test, but it certainly made me happy because I really din expect this!) I had actually almost given up on studying it before the actual day when I realized that nothing really got into my head.

I was almost 99.99% sure that the results would be beyond imagination. I had even told Ah Zhai (my classmate) , " If I pass, I will cook curry for you!" (Actually, I had wanted to add in about chopping off my head and cook it in curry.) Phew~
Its actually the first time that the results turned out in the most positive way, which is truly unexpected.

Its like... MAGIC! I'm happy! I just hope I can sustain this. (I am not good at sustaining positive grades though. Shall have to really work hard now, I guess.) Thanks to whoever out there, be it lady luck, whom had helped me. *tears rolling down cheeks*

Vomit + Stomachache + Tiring Filming
    Was so unlucky today-again.
I vomited in the morning, and had stomachache during the exam. I was like kicking and stomping on the ground with my shoes as I was trying to "control" the pain.
I had no mood to finish working on the solutions of the questions and left them undone. (I mean, how am I able to concentrate with this pain?!)

Eventually, approximately 5 minutes before ending time, other students started to stand up. (They were allowed to as the teacher had already collected back their answer script.)
I was seated at the very back of the class, and I stood up anyway without the teacher collecting my script.

When he saw that, he said, "No, no. You cannot go if I haven collect back your paper."
I handed it to him and answered- with a sullen face, "I have stomachache ah!"
And he quickly said "OK, OK, OK".

With that, I ran out of the exam hall to the nearest MRT toilet. =.=
Surprisingly, I was not down with fever. My temperature for today was 35.6 degrees Celsius!
    =D~ A new record.

After my "shitting business" in the toilet, I SLOWLY made my way to Jurong East for filming, in which I STILL reached too early, nonetheless. =.=

Its damn tiring, can! I din' know that "modeling" for a film can be so taxing. (Its even worse than 8 hours of filming, in which I am allowed to move lor. =.=) I was hoping that the director would just say "CUT" for a second so I could regain back my normal composure.
And when she really did, it was a relief! At the end of the whole process, we squatted down onstage in exasperation.

Was asked to wear this military costume, and had to tie up my HAIR! AAH! (If you are wondering, I don't like tying up my hair because it just makes my big face bigger than ever. =.=) And worse, I have to be in that appearance on TV. I rather you guys don't try to spot me.

A random shot of the rest while waiting:

We were chatting in the toilet when one of the students asked me which school am I from. I bet they were assuming that I am from some secondary school, because they entered into a state of shock when I revealed I am actually a poly student. =\
One even wanted to see my I/C as she thought I was lying. (Lol).

With a thick-skinned face, I told them I am still trying to *cheat* for children tickets. (Honestly, I don't think I can, now. The latest I cheated for a children ticket was last year. Probably the cashier didn't bother to care.)

Alright, gotta go now. But before I do, just want to know if anyone is keen on getting Night Safari tickets at $15? It includes tram rides, dinner and transport. You can get your friends, too to go with you at this special discounted price! (It will cost double the amount on normal days!)
Just helping my dear Gera and her friends. I might be attending! (Btw, its next Saturday!)

P/S: Apologies for my Christian friends who read my previous post. Not meant to offend (really), but just voicing out from the point of an outsider. I believe I am NOT the only one who thinks like that... ... Because if you are professional about it, you won't go around preaching RANDOM people.
I don't really mind Christians telling me about their religion (like I said, I respect each and every religion), but just thought it isn't nice to disrespect and criticize other religion(s) while you just rant on how GREAT yours is. You can choose not to believe, but it will be much appreciated if you keep it to yourself. I have personally known of some friends from other religions who find it offensive. I once had secondary school relief teacher whom invited me personally to her church, and I accepted. But once we were inside, she started giving me a briefing and carried on to "indirectly" criticize another religion. That was how the impression developed.
Once again, I did not mean to offend anyone. And I sincerely apologize if I did.

    Short filming
    AAH.
Just came back from a short filming, in which I had to wear this princess costume XD. But its a variety show targeted at young children... So its alright. :D

*Why so serious* look (I only applied light eye makeup. This time using a BIT of mascara instead of fake lashes.)

Ok. Will try to smile more next time. This photo isn't really very flattering.

    The filming venue:

There were alot of students (basically the whole class) who attended the show! Hence, we have live audiences. Haha.
Seeing them made me miss my primary school life. Their laughter, sabotages and everything. Haha.

When the show finally started, (I thought the two hosts look kinda familiar as I had seen them on TV before.) one of them kept forgetting his lines, which was hilarious.
I am not sure when this would be broadcasted, but you will be able to see me in the Okto channel if you have the chance to! It is the first official time my face will be on the TV in your house. LOL. (Remember to tell me if you spot me, as I seldom watch TV now.)

There was a mother who came here with her daughter for the filming, and she asked which level in secondary school am I in. I almost wanted to laugh out when I told her I am a poly student already. Well, she told me it was a compliment, though. =p~

And just when I was leaving, I noticed a small group of students who had attended the show earlier seated outside. They recognized me and I heard comments like "Eh, this one is the one just now act that one," and "its the princess right?" LOL. I am not sure if its my imagination or anything, but I thought I heard the word "lousy" being spouted. Or is it pretty? HAHA. Wishful thinking. I would prefer the latter though :(

Anyway, I was caught up in a frustrating incident this morning while I was on my way to the filming location.
A middle-aged guy stopped me in my tracks, and handed me something randomly, saying "Come, little girl. Uncle give you this."

Wa lao eh. The tone sounded so pervertic that my heart skipped a beat. ( I thought he is those conmen or tricksters that had something up their sleeves.)
And after hearing so many stories about looking at a specific object or into the person's eyes that will cause "hypnosis", I immediately looked away and said "No, thanks."

AND THEN HE STARTED ASKING BRIEF PERSONAL QUESTIONS, AND TOLD ME HE IS ACTUALLY A PASTOR/ PREACHER.

When he knew I ain't a Christian, he tried to preach me indirectly. But couldn't he notice my disinterested face? I had no choice but to spend about 15-20 minutes entertaining him because I had to wait for the filming crew- and there was no one there at that moment. (I shouldn't have reached the venue so early!)

He kept telling me about the creator of man, and life after death, bla bla bla. My mind was set on insulting him but I had no absolute time to.
On top of that, he even took out a bible book and forced me to read the lines aloud. I did speed reading for him till it became unintellgible.

Well, I am alright with it if he is just "preaching" or whatever you call it. But the most terrible part comes in when HE STARTED TO SHOOT OTHER RELIGIONS INDIRECTLY.
And he still had the cheek to tell me that we weren't going to talk about religion.

He started saying stuff such as the gods inside temples are just statues, and there are no actual gods, etc. And they are just spirits, bla bla.

PLEASE. ALTHOUGH I AM A FREE-THINKER, BUT I HATE IT IF YOU BAD-MOUTH ABOUT OTHER RELIGION(S). Do you think its fair to those who has a strong belief?
Since I do not belong to any religion, I have the FREEDOM to choose my belief. I had went to churches and temples before, and yes, I do think that Christians are mostly nice and gentle people.

But please, can you guys stop bad-mouthing other religions? Do not say stuff like "this this doesn't exist, bla bla." (Seriously, he is not the first Christian I had encountered that said stuff like these!) Don't you know the word "offensive"?

I am SOOOO pissed off. And this is what makes a bad impression on Christians. Do you see other religions going around, "preaching" uninterested people? Forcing people to create a strong instant belief in your God or whatever you believe in? That was what that guy tried to make me!
I felt so silly, mumbling and repeating what he was saying. I did that only to entertain him. He said he was trying to "guide" me into praying to God.

Hello, did I say I believe in all those stuff you'd said?
Irritated, I told him, "Why should I say this? I am not a Christian!"

And he replied something like I need not be a Christian in order to pray to God.

BUT PRAYING NEEDS SINCERITY, OKAY? You cannot force someone to do this and that!

I am sorry if I offended any Christians through this entry, (but there are alot of Christian friends whom I knew of are really good ones.) I do not detest them. I only show disrespect to THOSE who disrespect other religions FIRST..

If you want others to respect you and your religion, you have to do the same. How will you feel if someone from another religion starts to go around and badmouth about your god/church stuff? Don't you think its a bit unfair and selfish?

So far, I have never heard of anyone from other religions who badmouth stuff about Christians. Won't it be nice if everyone shows the least bit of respect for each other? You believe in yours, and I believe in mine.

Please don't ask me questions like whether God exists or not, because my answer will always be "50-50". I respect each and every religion(s) in existence. And I sincerely appreciate all those who had tried to talk me into your religion. I can only say "Thank you for your time," and that I will always stick to be a free-thinker. I will leave everything to fate, and there is no need for you to "preach" me or whatsoever.

Because... no matter how hard you try, I will NEVER,EVER be talked into it- unless I am willing on my own accord.

    Don't. Force. Me.

    OMG
    I can't believe it.

Thoughts of jumping down the MRT tracks crossed my mind yesterday while I was waiting for the train to arrive while on my way to school.

But, no, I ain't committing suicide, mind you.

MY FREAKING PAPER A.K.A EXAM NOTE FLEW ONTO THE TRACKS WHEN THAT STRONG GUST OF WIND BLEW IT AWAY FROM MY HANDS- AND I WAS ABOUT TO STUDY IT FOR MY TEST!

Furthermore, everything happened in a flash. One minute this piece of paper was in my hand, and gone in another.
I did not even have the chance to grasp the paper fully before it was blown. It was a STRONG wind.

Needless to say, there were many witnesses who had seen it happening. I refused to turn my face to the back and acted as though nothing happened.

Then, a malay guy came up to me, and asked "What paper is that? Important or not?"
Sheepishly, I replied that its supposed to be for my test (notes), and isn't that really important.
He added that I couldn't go down the tracks to retrieve it. T_T

Apparently, I entered into a state of shock because I had almost forgot that we weren't supposed to go down the tracks. I was just standing there, and thinking if there was any way that I could retrieve it.

(Actually, I wanted to give chase to the paper before it dropped onto the tracks, but I was afraid that I would cross the yellow line (which I definitely would if I did), and fall onto the tracks or something.)
I couldn't possibly alert the MRT staff to stop the train and everything, just to help me retrieve a piece of paper.\

But if that's a $50 note, I definitely would rush down to have it stopped.

I always believe that good things will come after bad luck, or vice versa. And indeed, I had an unbelievably coincidental fun day yesterday.
To cut the long story short, I had been meeting a few unexpected friends once I stepped my foot into Jurong Point.
At that point of time, I was only chilling out with my friends, Shida and C.T.

C.T was telling me "What if we meet XX here ah? He always come JP here to meet his groupmembers right?"

Of course, I thought it was impossible as Jurong Point is such a large place now, and we couldn't possibly see each other at the SAME PLACE w/ SAME TIMING.

Eerily, we saw HIM standing at a distance from us while we were sitting down at LJS. (Long John Silver)

C.T: "Eh, is that XX ?" *pointing to a guy*

The first thing that came to my mind was.... "YOU MUST HAVE SEEN THE WRONG PERSON! HAHA!"

But I was proven wrong when he started to wave and walked towards us. =_= Speaking of the devil, indeed. And this weren't even planned.

    And its not the end!
While I walked past a shop where Li Hui worked at, she told me that Pitrra and Yu Xuan were shopping in the same area, too!
    *faint*
Immediately, I messaged Pitrra and she called me. We were so delighted because we have each other to accompany when we go back home since we are taking the same bus. =D

But... its not the end still!
While waiting for our bus at the interchange, some feminine voice called out my name. I turned around, and found myself facing a pretty lady.

"Ni shi shui?!" (Translation: Who are you?!) I asked, as I observed her face. She did not look familiar to me!
    Smiling, she said, "Ziana".

AAH! My primary cum secondary school friend whom I had lost contact with since like... AGES AGO! I was embarrassed because she's a malay and I still asked her "ni shi shui?!". But hey,she looks chinese! Hehe.

I was amazed when she told me that she is married... and has 1 child! Gosh!
We chatted for quite somewhile, and I felt a bit strange about all the coincidental things that happened within a day.

But nevertheless... I'm glad :) BUT NOT GLAD about that piece of paper that flew down the MRT tracks. Don't remind me! Sheesh.
