YAY to Wen!

Yay, okay, managed to snap a picture of the pass.. Haha, thanks Wen for coming with me today, and yes, she got the job too! We had quite a fun time calling as we had some funny jokes during the conversation on phone.

However, I'm sick since this morning, and was vomitting at home, and even the bus while on my way to work. (But before you all go complain to the SBS company that I vomitted, I had a PLASTIC BAG with me, mind you) I walked like a wobbly snake when I got down the bus, and found a dustbin to throw away the plastic bag, which is full of my vomit =_=

I have to say sorry to wen because of my unwell-ness that led to an unpleasant journey on the way. I hope I did not disgust you or shock you from my sudden vomit. (But I really couldn't control it) If I could control, I would.

I'm still feeling a wee bit sick now, maybe its cos I ate the wrong stuff? Anyway, I felt better after reaching the workplace. Wen was great in calling! She earned 2 calls today! A very good one for a first time! Congratulations!

Am happy we have a chance to work together again... Haha..;) Hope our next oncoming project won't be so difficult as this one! but calling definitely does not seem as easy as it looks.
Here are some examples:

ME: Hi, I am bla bla from bla bla company, we are doing a short survey etc...
THE PERSON: ahhh, I am going for WEDDING DINNER already.

Another one:

ME: *repeated the same opening lines again*
THE PERSON: *speaks in cantonese*
ME: Hello? Do you know how to speak in chinese?
THE PERSON: No, I don't know much of chinese, can you speak in cantonese?
ME: *tried out babbling some broken cantonese sentences* I also don't know how to speak much in cantonese, but I will try. (I am only a cantonese listener, and seldom speak in that language, but after this, I am going to TRY translating everything into cantonese now. I need to brush up on my cantonese!!)

Wen had a funny incident, too. She dialed a HOUSE number, and when the person picked up, he told her he was DRIVING.

Okay, happy laughing at us. I've got to go now. SCHOOL IS REOPENING ON MONDAY, and I have done NOTHING at all.
