I can't believe I tolerated this nonsense from the KBOX management. I am so freaking infuriated that I had promised myself not to prationise KBOX again. Seriously, they need some amendments to their services or policy if they want to expand or attract more customers. So what if they are gaining more customers now? In fact, gaining so much that they have the cheek to adjust their timings and pricings anytime while we, the customers, have to be at the losing end?
TAKE A LOOK AT YOUR OWN PRICING LIST FOR STUDENT TAPAS MEAL FROM YOUR OWN WEBSITE, YOU UNJUSTIFIABLE CHEAT.
I know its my own fault for not reserving the place beforehand, but WHY WERE WE FREAKING CHARGED THE SAME PRICE ($17.50 on weekend, mind you) WHILE OUR TIMING WAS CUT SHORT DUE TO YOUR "Inavailibility of sufficient room(s)"? On top of that, we have to bear the bad service rendered to us?
It all began this afternoon when we went in to Kbox at 2pm, but was told that there would only be rooms available at 2.30pm since we didn't book beforehand and business was good. (Initially, I was thinking that losing half an hour of singing time shouldn't be THAT bad, but boy! Was I proven WRONG.)
Granted, we agreed to stay till 2.30pm, expecting the staff to inform us once rooms were made available. We loitered around the vacinity while chatting.
When it was almost 2.30pm, we came in again and was greeted by a long queue. Well, I thought nothing of it then, as all those who made reservations were supposed to have the priority to have the rooms.
But I sensed something wrong when I observed the group of people in front of us. They seemed to be going in without reservations. It was then that I told Edwin to check with the staff who had attended to us earlier whether there are rooms available.
AND YES, THERE INDEED WAS.
I was fortunate enough not to wait around there like a fool. We weren't even informed of anything about the availibity even though we were considered one of the earlier group who asked and arrived.
Worse still, that lady staff DID NOT even seem to remember us (less than half an hour), and asked us the same question about reservations when we got up to the counter. Is she feigning ignorance or what?
She treated us like total new people who just came in! Not only that, her attitude needs some management. She was giving out a face and speaking in such a way that we owe her $500.
Before Shi Yun signed up for her free membership card with my coupon, we were told to present our student card as proof that we are students, and for Shi Yun, the staff requested for her I/C card, too, for the membership.
Probably Edwin mistook her words and thought she was referring to us, and he took out his I/C card to show her instead of student's. Guess what the lady said?
"OH, if you never take and show me your student card, then I shall charge you as adult fee HOR".
Gosh, does Kbox provide staff training for approriate manners? That was certainly NOT so polite. She made it sound more like a THREAT than a message conveyed.
Well, after everything finished, she told us that our singing session will be from 2.30pm to 5.30pm.
What the...? 3 HOURS ONLY? Hello, it has always been known that KBOX Happy Hour, especially STUDENT TAPAS MEAL, is from 2-7pm, and IT IS EVEN INDICATED CLEARLY ON THE WEBSITE. I feigned shockness (even though I knew) and told her "HUH? 3 hours only? I thought its 2pm-7pm"? Her reply: (Roughly) "Oh, because there are reservations made to the room after 5.30pm, unless the customers cancel away their reservations, then your session will be till 5.30pm. Otherwise, we will extend your session till 7pm". OH. SO MUCH FOR PROFESSIONALISM. Well, summing all up, it means that going in will be equivalent to taking a RISK. If there are FEWER customers, then your session will be till 7pm. If there are MORE, then sorry, 5.30pm and BYE BYE, even though the standard time should be till 7pm.)
I took this risk a few weeks ago while going there with my AH DING, and we were given time till 7pm alright. But this goes to show that KBOX has no standard in their timing at all, in fact, equivalent to letting the customers take the risk of "ITS EITHER 5.30pm OR 7.00PM".)
Actually, I knew this kind of policy existed beforehand, but the reason I agreed to went in is because THEY GAVE US A CHANCE, or a GLEAM OF HOPE, OF HAVING THE ROOM TILL 7pm.
Should they have a more FIRM and STANDARDISED schedule, we wouldn't land ourselves in this mess.
I wouldn't have went in if they said "OH, THE TIMING IS FROM 2PM TO 5.30PM. CONFIRMED".
But the problem here is, other than MONEY, they have no confirmations in their mangement at ALL! Everything has to depend on THEIR availbility and whether there are alot of customers or not.
This leaves me thinking, WHY IN THE WORLD, SHOULD WE, THE CUSTOMERS, CARE whether you have reservations or GOOD business on that particular day? Why should we have to DEPEND on your own economy?
So what if you have a large flow of customers coming to your outlet? Does that mean we will have to GIVE WAY and lose out for you? That's selfish!
(Singlish time: You have more customers your problem lah! Why drag us in to give you the rooms? If not then deduct our money accordingly lah! You think you what? Now got customers doesn't ensure it will be permanent! How to keep it going if your policy like that huh?!) OK, *ahem* excuse me for my use of singlish. I was fuming!
*breathe in and OUT... In and OUT* Okay, back to normal now...
I read from a particular blogger's blog that they were told that 7pm is only allowed when one makes reservations. But I was not told about this at all? I think they are just leading a "Suka-Suka" (ANYTHING!) policy. So much so that they are able to freely change their conditions in whatever way they want.
I had checked through the net, and found out that different bloggers had blogged out their different experiences in DIFFERENT KBOX outlets. And it seems like NOT ALL KBOX OUTLET give the same treatment to customers, in terms of charges and hours.
Some kbox outlets will only let you sing till 5.30pm, while others allow up to 7-8pm! And the charges are all the same! Thats the problem with their timings and pricings. It really depends on which branch you go to. Isn't that insanity?
Let me give an example here: EACH AND EVERY LONG JOHN SILVER outlet has the standard pricing. Do you see a $4.95 meal in this outlet, and $8.00 for the SAME THING in another? Does the charges VARY from outlet to outlet? The answer is, NO.
No matter what outlets are they out there, I believe they are filed under the same company's name, and everything should be standardised. In Kbox's case, sometimes their differences in timings and pricings are HUGE. They may charge you $16 today, and $18, $20 or even $22 tomorrow.
(There was once I went to KBOX from 11am-7pm, FOR ONLY $16+! I doubt they are giving us this price ever again.) Its not as if I am trying to ruin their reputation here or something, but aren't they actually aware of the displeasure that customers are getting? I'd already complained to KBOX once for an overpriced case when I was charged adult price even though I signed in as student's. It was my friend who asked me to forget it, but I still went ahead to lodge a complaint as I felt injustice then.
Furthermore, I always signed in under the student's package, and I don't think they even give any consideration for students at all. I still find the charges OVERPRICED. Whats the difference in paying only a few dollars lesser? Its not as though we are talking about a $10 difference here.
Utterly outrageous and ridiculous. I thought companies with reputation should be more standardised and show more professionalism.
After this experience, it kind of disgusted me.
I know Kbox does not mind losing me as their customer here, but sorry to say that the bad impression will always be imprinted due to CASE OF MISLEADING.
and YES, I will be changing my KTV sessions to Partyworld.
I had went once before, and it surprised me. Though it's a wee bit expensive than sickening KBOX, but I think I won't mind paying a higher price for a company who shows more professionalism, and most importantly, non-misleading standardised schedules.
LOOK AT PARTYWORLD:
I don't think even after all the "++++", it will amount up to $17.50. AND THIS IS NOT EVEN A STUDENT PACKAGE! Furthermore, they are giving 4 hours here, BETTER than pathetic unconfirmed hours. Thank you very much, Kbox, for your PROFESSIONAL and WONDERFUL services rendered. I appreciate it soooo much that I will avoid going there in the future for fear of being overcharged unneccessarily again. *I'm lodging another complaint to KBOX tomorrow. You might be rolling your eyes and laughing at me for being such a complaint queen, but I just feel its important to let them KNOW about the feedbacks from customers. As much as they disgust me now, I still hope for them to improvise on their services so future customers will not face what I'd experienced. You think complaining is fun? I feel bad to complain, too! But afterall, I only do that when its beyond my toleration*.

Embarrassed ME.. Gosh.
(Sorry, should have used flash in my photos! Din know it turn out quite dark!)
OK guess what.. Guess what?! I just got 2 books from twilight from the school library today, together with 2 other discs that I had reserved... months ago?!
The "Twilight" insanity, but I am not crazy over it! The books just came to me at one go!
And YES, this is the soundtrack for it! It includes most of the songs used in the movie! =D
Thanks to Pitrra for being such a kind soul, I am able to get them successfully! Love you!
And to all fans of twilight, here's something I found on Youtube that amazes me alot. Look at the uncanny resemblance!! Its incredible how normal youtubers can create such an impressive replica of the original's. Gosh.
On a brighter side, gonna have a KTV weekend.
Saturday - Going Kbox with Satoru, and maybe Shi Yun and Chin Seng. =D
Sunday - First time kboxing with my favorite Ah Ding's MUM! =D We are so gonna sing old songs together! Wahaha.
Only unfortunate thing is... I am suffering from ulcer attacks! (Fancy that- having 2 ulcers like baby vampire bites on my upper top lip!)
Random update: Went shopping during break time at work 2-3 days ago, and bought myself a cute mini mahjong tile "BAI BAN"! Weird though, but I fell in love with this specific BAI BAN during the Viwawa days.
Cute, uh? I bought it immediately without consideration! HAHA.
Close-up:
I remembered buying a "FA CAI" to Shrek when I went to Taiwan last year. Hehe, cos she likes to "HUAT" a lot. Anyone likes any specific tile? =D
And last but not least, CONGRATS TO WEN FOR THE COMPLETION OF HER EXAMS!! WHEE! I miss her lots, but think will be some time before I meet her up due to her camp. LETS GO OUT SOON, OKAY!!!! Gonna have some fun together!!

Guang Guang Guang Guang Guang~
Met up with beloved Pitrra and Chin Sengyesterday after work (Pitrra lives near my workplace! =D) to have Burger King?! Haha. Pitrra's dance partner came, too. Had fun watching them beat each other up =X Anyway, it was nice meeting all of you. Thanks for the invite! =)
Okay, I had told someone yesterday that I would dedicate a song for him, as a sign of gesture for being a vampire with me for so long. =D~ Although its quite an old song, but it is no doubt that this song is super uber nice! (If you got catch the vampire show on Channel 8 every night when you were young, this song will evoke your memory, and senses! Heh Heh)
And of course, its dedicated to everyone who loves it!
Till here, ta-da!

WEE!!
Last day of the week! Ta-Da! =D~~
Alright, my lecturer came to my workplace for a visit this morning, and there I was, resisting the urge to laugh. Don't ask me why, I just find the scene of her talking to my supervisor amusing. =D~
She was especially attractive today, all dressed up for a date. =X However, something happened that just made me go "LOL".
My supervisor realized that my lecturer hadn't got a visitor form with her (issued by the security guards), and immediately asked her about it. (Normally, all visitors have to go through a form which a staff must sign it for approval.)
Well...
However, it looked like the security guards had missed giving the form to her as she took a cab in. We did not thought much of it then (thinking that nothing will go wrong), and bid goodbye.
Soon, I got back to work.
BUT... ...
a few minutes later, I saw my lecturer walking in again - with a slip of paper in her hand. (x_x)
Hoho.
(Mind you, the distance from the guard house to my office is quite far. It must had been a hassle for her to walk to and fro, just for the form. Sorry!)
Well, looked like she was being "forced" by our security guards to return as she was not issued the form. It was required that a staff sign it. (And I did.)
And she was telling me how strict the security guards at my workplace are. HAHA. The cute expression on her was priceless.
Before she left earlier on, she told my supervisor that should any problem arise, just give her a call. =.= Thanks to my supervisor, she was kind enough to assure her that I am fine and doing okay. *touched*
(Hopefully I will not give any problem(s) to my supervisor during this internship period! I still want a grade!)
And I realized I had became sort of a "cam whore freak (o.o)" these days at work. During times when I ran out of work to do, I would sit cross-legged and start to smile at my handphone camera. =_= Okay, you may think I'm "lame", but when one's bored, anything happens. :D AND IT WAS DAMN EMBARRASSING. While I was "happily camwhoring and in the midst of smiling" at the camera today, someone suddenly popped out and walked past the counter and saw it. I think he must had thought I was trying to smile at him, and I saw him smiling back. Riiight... I immediately kept back my smile =_=" Took a photo a few days ago at work. Look at my eyes. I was in a sleepy mode. One pillow and I would fell into a deep sleep.
*... On a second thought, maybe I just lack blood to suck on. I got a minor dizzy spell today, probably due to the lack of blood in my body. AHH~ BLOOD!!!* Make sure I don't suck yours! >D~~
Yayayaya... No more social life for the time being, except for weekends. I miss KTV-ing already.

Something funny... (HAHAHA)
Something funny happened today that had me all amused.
During lunch break at work today, I took a stroll in the supermarket as I had too much time to spare. And suddenly, a man walked up to me and called me.
"Xiao Jie, xiao jie... ... Ni ma ma jiao ni... " (English translation: Miss, your mother is calling you...)
Taken aback by surprise, I gave a blur look and went "Huh"? (Thinking: Why would my mother be there?!! And how in the world this man knew its my mother when I don't even know him?!!)
Looking at where his finger directed, my mouth fell open.
It was my supervisor - smiling at me.
I stood shocked and dumbfounded as it was unexpected to see her there. I walked over to her, and she was complaining how many times she called my name and I walked straight without seeing her.
So that was my "mother" that guy meant!!! I was literally giving a =_=" face, and told her what the man had said. And my supervisor was like, laughing her head off and saying "good girl, good girl!"
But thinking back, it was indeed funny thinking how that guy linked the relationship between me and my supervisor. But well, she (my supervisor) looks like A mother anyway.. a caring one that is! ;-)
And guess what, guess what?!
My lecturer called us up today to tell us that she will be dropping by the company this coming Friday! Gosh. My supervisor was telling me not to be nervous (which I will be, a little). I wonder what will my lecturer be thinking when she sees my job scope.
But anyway, I shan't care much, and just look forward to her arrival. (I will definitely be seeing her first as I am the receptionist! xD Haha...)
P/S: Coincidentally, I met Pitrra (*Loves!) during lunch break today. Seems like it will not be a difficult task for us to meet up as my working place is just near her house! Heh heh.

The future
Sometimes it can get demoralizing, but that's fate. As long as I resign to it, and look forward to a better future that awaits me... or not?
Gosh, why am I feeling so inferior? Recently, my mood has not been at its peak. Sometimes things just don't go or happen the way you wished for.
HOPEFULLY, this is a passing phase. Life, afterall, has its ups and downs.
Looking forward to brighter days ahead... ... ;-D

MI MI TIAO!
I met out with Carmen yesterday to collect our pictures from the photographer.. AND WE HAD LOTS OF FUN LAUGHING!
Ya, thanks to this china magic toy we saw and purchased immediately - on impulse. It isn't cheap! Actually, I saw this toy being advertised weeks ago on Shin Min Daily News, and was interested in getting one. It was reported that the china guys will go around Singapore to sell it, and I felt lucky to have bumped into them!
*take note that this cutie is floating?*
Here's a video of the magic toy I found on youtube: (Amazing right? I am not going to tell you the trick! HAHA!)
In china, its called "咪咪跳". (aww, sounds cute?!) Heard that its kinda popular there, thus the china guys are coming to SG and sell it.
Gonna update some pics collected tomorrow... ...
ANYWAY, today's my first day of work (attachment). I'd dreaded this day since WEEKS ago, and I have to face the reality now! Though the first day wasn't as bad as I had expected, but still, thinking of having work 2 months (despite the pay) is a bit... sian.
Well, maybe just thinking about working at a job that is unrelated to my course is just... pointless? (I don't actually mind my job, but the fact that my school call this internship is =_=")
Alrighttt.. Nevertheless, I will jiayou for it, and may all my friends, too! Will rant more tomorrow.

Happy Valentine's Day to all!~
Firstly, Happy Valentine's Day to everyone out there!
Tried to occupy myself on this day, and went for a *censored* filming, which I couldn't reveal at the moment upon official release.
But anyway, I did enjoy myself and made some new friends. As I was involved in playing frisbee in it, I got hit on the head... AND IT WAS UBER PAINFUL! *rubs head*
Nonetheless, I tried not to show it as I did not want the person whom had accidentally flew the frisbee on my head to feel guilty. =P~
And apart from that, today has never been more special.
Despite Satoru being sick, he still accompanied me to the filming, while he sat there under the hot sun. (I'd told him not to come, but he did. *touched*)
On top of that, he popped me a surprise on the bus with Ferrero Rocher chocolates, together with a small bunch of nicely wrapped flowers.
Gosh, really thanks a lot! I deeply appreciate everything you'd done for me, including all the constant companion and little surprises. (SWEET!)
One of the most happiest things that ever happened in my life is getting to know such a great friend like you. ;) One that I will treasure for life.
Though you may still not be fully recovered, but I still wish you a Speedy Recovery all the same! Do get adequate rest, and be pumped up for next week's internship! I will wish you all the best in everything you do!!
AND CARROT LIM! KTV NEXT WEEK OKAY!! (*gleeful smile*) I missed today's KTV session, but had no choice. Sorry about that!
AND TO ALL MY FRIENDS, especially Satoru, here's a short part of a song which I had sang... DEDICATED TO ALL OF YOU!
To all my great friends, you are not forgotten! PEI WEN! SI LING! SHI YUN! I LOVE YOU!!!!

WEETS~
Guess what day it is today?!
It's FRIDAY, THE 13th! (If you haven't noticed)
But anyway, nothing much happened today for me to blog about, except YESTERDAY! Yeah, finally got the chance to go KBOX with my favorite AH DING aka Ven.
Gosh, we sang like SIAO! It was really an enjoyable time and day spent. (I think we sang over 40 songs?!) Of course, I did some recordings with my handphone, only to find out that I could not share on my blog due to the formats.
Nonetheless... ... YEAH! Thanks for the fun time! KBOX is so great, giving us extra time to sing due to the economic crisis? =P HAHA. *loves*
Lets go there again sometime, okay?! I am going to upload a song soon, dedicated for AH DING!
*memories kept*

Addicted
Okay, I am recently addicted to reading scambaiting sites, especially those 419 ones. I have seen several which are really humorous!
Check out: http://www.419baiter.com/games
So, what is scambaiting, you ask?
Well, to put it simple, it is "playing/toying" around with ($*#&# scammers who have the intention to cheat you of your money, making them believe you are real.
And you may have probably encountered them before too, if you ever received unknown mails from strangers telling you that you'd won money, receiving inheritance, business proposal, etc. Does that strike a familiarization? (Personally, I receive this kind of mails quite often, and they get up my nerves!)
There are a lot of scambaiting sites online, and some of them are good reads! Do read about how the geniuses tried to "trick" those scammers in return.
Now, why am I promoting this? =_="

Last photoshoot
CNY is almost over. *sulk*
Went for a photoshoot on Saturday with 3 photographers (Jarod, Darren and Kelvin) and 2 other models for a "CNY themed shoot".
However, our concept changed along the way, and we ended up doing some RETRO shoot, in which I have to look EMO in some of the pics. Hoho.
These pics were taken from a previous shoot @ Changi Airport. It was definitely a new experience to be photoshooting at the airport! It was also a first time I tried out some expressions in front of the camera. LOL.
Watcha lookin' at?!
The sudden gentleness.
A rare photo of me smiling. =O
Ahh. Bad dog.
Reminds me of my chinese dance days... ...Hoho.
YES. CELEBRATE THE MAGIC AT CHANGI AIRPORT! LOL!
Ok, till here.. See ya! I'm flying off to Paris. (Yeah, like real.)
It was great fun working with all the friendly photographers. Thank you for the efforts and guidance!
*throwing all troubles away* Gosh, can you believe it?! I will be starting my ITP on Monday! AHH!

Projects - The End
(I updated 2 entries at one go. I saved them as drafts a few days ago, and finally published them today.)
Finally, the projects are over.
But I am not exactly happy.
Why?
Because I did not put in adequate effort or what was required of me for it. In the end, Cherlyn and me had to face the music when we almost could not complete our final project on time, if not for all our kind classmates' help.
I was really touched that many of my classmates came forward to lend us a helping hand when we faced troubles on the final day. The scene was chaotic, with me growing hysterical every second when I realized problems popping here and there, things missing, materials dropping, etc. I was close to tears when it was nearly our turn to present, and yet we had so many stuff left unprepared for.
I have to express my heartfelt gratitude to each and every classmate that were present to help us that day, especially Venessa aka Ah Ding, (my favorite daughter), for investing her time and effort in making a trip down and helping my group to print our boards and reports so that we could have more time in building the model.
We were at our wits' end, and I was very, very, touched and grateful for everything. If not for all of you who had helped us, I really think we would be dead meat. Really, no words could express how appreciative I am.
This is what I called,"患难见真情". *sobs*
Though I am certain that Cherlyn and I will suffer a failure grade, but at least, we handed in what we could.
I am sorry to Cherlyn too, that we were so disorganised and did not plan our time well that resulted us to this stage. I knew we now have a risk of either being retained or exempted from the course, and I'm sorry.
This may really be the last project for us should we fail it. Not that I am trying to look on the negative side, but the chances of us being able to continue in the course is low.
And I regretted it. I knew I should've put in more effort in it, but I still took all the time for my entertainment and leisure.
I will really miss all my friends and classmates should I have no choice but to say "Good bye".
As much as I hate to bid goodbye, I will miss the times I spent with everyone. Thank you for being part of my life. At least, we had the fate of being classmates once, and I am grateful for it.
(Sheesh, I am trying to suppress myself without tears flowing when I am typing this entry.)
It was recently that it dawned upon me that I have many friends around me who really care. Something happened (I won't say it here) while I was in a photoshoot yesterday that made Satoru worried sick for me. From the other end of the line, he sounded hysterical. I'm sorry for making you feel like a cat on hot bricks. I'm just glad nothing's happened, and I am more glad to see you again. I can't thank you enough! *sobs* I love all of you, friends! P/S: I will be updating happier stuff tomorrow, with my photoshoot event and such... No use posting up unhappy stuff everytime, right? Hahaa..

Tired days seem to have no end to it!
Everyone in my class was rushing for the submission deadline, and its ultra amazing that they are starting to develop the behavioural patterns of a robot. (No offence)
Going to school early in the morning, working throughout the day till school closes in the late night, and back home to continue working on it till the sun rises for the next day. Amazing, huh?
Ah, what about me?
I don't have good days, either. (Though I turn in earlier than most of my classmates) Just yesterday, I took a look at myself through the mirror, and my heart skipped a beat.
WHAT ARE THOSE BLACK PATCHES UNDER MY EYES?!
*screams at the top of my lungs*
This is horrifying! I admit I do have dark eye circles way before then, but not to this extent! (And worst, I could see some fine lines beneath it.) Gosh, those late nights are really killers!
In the fear andHOPEof saving the situation, I sticked eye gel pads before I went to sleep yesterday. (Yeah, like as though it will lighten them by the next day =_=)
But as for now, I doubt I will be able to look at someone directly in the eyes! Please, gosh, please. If you ever talk to me face-to-face, DON'T look at those dark rings under my eyes!
Presenting you a birthday cake, just freshly baked from the oven... A Green Tea flavour cake!
And yes, Seng, you've got mail! =D (Check it out, yo!) LOL.

Some random fun facts about ME:
Just trying to compile a list of some random fun stuff about me: (HAHA)
- I own a total of over 10 blogs (and still counting)
- Despite the age of 19 going on 20, I still try to think of ways to cheat a children ticket. =D` (Okay, I know thats very THICK SKIN of me.)
- I can sleep deeply, and not even a bomb explosion can wake me up. (It happened before.)
- I have never been in any relationship(s) before, and am not considering at this moment.
- I love to read spooky tales and stories, but ended up scaring myself out of my wits in the end.
- I detest going to fortune tellers because I know there's always something about me that I sense will not be good.
- I fought with people and resorted to violence before, back in the old days.
- I am always afraid of hurting peoples' feelings (even strangers).
- I used to be a victim of bullying cases.
- Back in my kindergarden days, I had a classmate who refused to be friends with me back because she said that I was a vampire. (I used to have fangs?)
- I got caught by police officers for trying to bring in only a few bubble gums from Malaysia to Singapore. =_="
-I am superstitious, but only to a certain extent.
- I detest arrogant people who think the world is theirs to own.
- I still have many belongings with me, dated back to my primary school days. (Yes, including the colorful chalks that I had stolen from my classroom. =x)
- I used to "conduct" Japanese lessons, and taught my friends basic (rubbish) Japanese, even though I don't know the language well myself. (OH YEAH! I'm so actiooon!)
- For the unexpected, I was once a Chinese dancer before. (And its a pity I allowed my bones to harden over the years, and I don't think I can dance well already!)
- I was a bully myself, and even used to STEAL my friend's stuff back in my Kindergarten days. Not only that, I used the tip of a pencil and poked people.
- I already planned on getting myself a place in Singapore Polytechnic when I was in Sec 2, and was glad that I got it because the distance is the nearest from my house, as compared to the other institutions.
- Although I may be thin, but I do eat a lot. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, supper + snacks if I am in a good mood.
Weee.. Will add on more to the list if I managed to think of MORE!
Anyway, I would like to express a word of thanks to Chin Seng for being such a sweetie. He's always showing sincerity in whatever he do to his friends, and you can be sure that I will treasure your hand-drawn New Year card well! Thank you so much for making the effort to drop by my letterbox! May you have a Happy New Year too!

Screw you, bad luck!
Just when I thought the Year 2009 would be a GOOD new start for me, the worst happened. I am not sure WHY and HOW, but I am running constant streaks of bad luck recently. (Even I myself was amazed.)
I was just lucky and relieved that I managed to escape from such a close shave. I have thus learned a good ol' lesson, THAT looks can indeed be deceiving. I will never bring myself to trust a decent-looking face again (not even a nerd) , till time reveals one's true colors.
I guess I was just too naive, and often placed undeserving trust on people that I thought I understood well. In any case, I am glad that I am still breathing on this earth, and typing this entry in my blog. (Thanks to my handphone for saving me!)
And to YOU-KNOW-WHO-YOU-ARE:
I admit I do not have any interest in my current course, but for the sake of my parents, I will try to carry on. Though I am not exactly sure if you are encouraging me to quit, but I understand you meant the best for me. Like I had told you, 2 years ain't short. Giving it up will bring me back to square one. I would've love to get into Business stuff, but with my existing COP from my O levels, what kind of courses will I be left eligible for?
I knew my grades are way beyond the bottomline, BUT yes, I will just stay on till the very end - until YOU give me the judgment of cruelty. I do not want to waste my parents' money anymore, as my main priority is to secure myself a future career and show my utmost appreciation to both my parents.
I want to give them the life that a good daughter shall provide, and shower them with love and security.
I want to let them know how thankful I am as a daughter. Instead of just using words to express, I believe actions can be better.
...
Anyway, on a random note, I would like to SCREW those thieves for stealing my sister's belongings. Those thieves should just eat their desserts someday, and I hope justice will be coming your way soon!
Yes, beware to everyone who frequents Bugis. There are THIEVES loitering around to pounce on any opportunity to STEAL your personal belongings. My sis suffered a great loss of cash, handphone, I/C, cash cards, etc, etc. Its just plain terrible! There's no chance to get them back, but if there ever is, I hope that those BEYOND sickening thieves will be leading a life with their testicles hanging from their mouths!!
